Having worked with Kim before on the sale of our first home some 18 years ago, it was fitting for her to help us with our purchase this time. Our seller was difficult but we were determined. Kim negotiated for us and we got the new 30 year roof as well as several other concessions and she directed us to an excellent mortgage broker with VA loan experience to boot. When we discovered a few items that should have been left were gone she went above and beyond and secured payment with the seller's agent. She even helped us with the "rent back" for the sellers. All around great Realtor. Highly recommended.
