She went above and beyond the call of duty. She gave me the names of contractors, in some instances she let them in the home and always was available to answer my questions. The house sold fairly quickly but the buyers backed out. Kim had to sell it a second time. The same thing happened. The third time was a charm. Kim had to sell the house 3 times. She always kept pushing. All this help for a $130,000 rental home in a bad neighborhood in Tacoma. Wow. Kim, thank you. She is very positive, busy, yes but she does get back to you in a timely manner. I would buy or sell with her if you are looking for an East Side Renton to Bellevue broker. Very personable and approachable! Great at finding homes you will love. She showed my husband and I several homes that we could not have been able to find without her connections. She was able to find us our new home before it was listed for any other agents to show! That turned out to be of great value for our family considering one of our new neighbor's already had an agent lined up to await the property listing. We got by avoiding the competition for the home thanks to the wonderful connections in the field! We would never want to buy with anyone else!
