Our selling experience with Kim Fraser was great! She took on our West Seattle listing even though it was a bit out of her "normal" area but her knowledge of western WA was fabulous as she has lived in this area all her life. Kim was out the following day taking great pics/ virtual reality shots which ultimately were integral in selling the house as it sold sight unseen (by the wife) within a couple of days. We continued to have interested buyers until after the closing in case it fell through and Kim kept up with all of that activity as well to ensure we had a backup just in case! Her real estate expertise definitely shows! We could not be more pleased.
