My wife and I are first time home buyers and honestly we don't really have knowledge about buying a house. We were lucky that we met Kim as she is a very experienced and dedicated agent. We met her the first time when we visited a house and she was the seller agent. We were impressed by her positive attitude and deep knowledge in real estate. After discussing with her we decided to change our strategy to avoid bidding wars and buy a new construction house. During the pending period, she responded to our request very promptly and pushed the seller/builder to fix all the issues that we and the home inspectors found. Our home buying experience was very challenging, yet Kim was definitely up to the task! She negotiated in closing costs, a new 30 year roof, new gutters and a $2000 buyers credit towards anything that may need to be fixed. But, she didn’t stop there! Kim (and team) sold our previous home in less than one day after staging/organizing, and taking amazing photos. The buyer was so impressed by the photos of the home they were willing to buy before seeing it. I was there when he arrived from Boston and told his wife over the phone, it is just as great as the pictures showed! I have recently been searching for homes here and out of state with Kim...that’s another outstanding thing with Kim that you won’t find with many agents, she is in the process of getting licensed in multiple states.
