Just over 75% of residents in Somerset own their homes, making the neighborhood a dense suburban area. Most of these are single-family properties, though multi-family homes have sprouted over the years. Homes typically list in the mid-to-high six figures.

Most homes are in the mid-century style, which features clean, uncluttered lines and interesting contrasts of building materials. Thanks to Somerset’s excellent location, most properties have a gorgeous view of Lake Washington, the Olympic Mountains, downtown Bellevue, and even Seattle.

Unsurprisingly, the architecture makes the most of the scenery, with most homes boasting a seamless indoor-outdoor design, floor-to-ceiling windows, and spacious decks or patios. Properties are often equipped with premier features such as wine cellars, heated flooring, and chef’s kitchens.
