Perched on the northern face of Cougar Mountain, Lakemont is a neighborhood that’s mostly located within the city limits of Bellevue, with some sections falling within the boundaries of Issaquah.

Home to a population of around 5,700 the neighborhood is known as one of the most desirable communities in the Bellevue and Issaquah areas due to its easy access to top-rated schools, laid-back environment, and breathtaking views overlooking downtown Bellevue, Lake Sammamish, The Cascades, and Mt. Covering 16 acres, the park is equipped with numerous amenities, including two picnic shelters, an expansive play area, a skate bowl, two tennis courts, a basketball court, and a softball field. It also features a three-mile network of multi-use trails cutting through the neighborhood and connecting the park to nearby Lewis Creek Park.

Downtown Bellevue is only about nine miles away from the neighborhood of Lakemont, giving residents easy access to a plethora of shops, bars and restaurants, entertainment venues, and a wide array of arts and culture destinations. Downtown Bellevue is also the site for some of the most anticipated events, such as the Heart of Bellevue Summer Music Series.
