That’s where we come in. Our Concierge service actually fronts our clients the cost of home improvement services with NO interest.
Here’s how it works. Kim schedules a time to meet the clients at their home. She will go over which services can deliver the greatest return on their investment. A plan is then established to address the desired repairs and services. Once the plan is implemented our team of professionals will facilitate and coordinate with the various contractors until the work is done. Once the transformation is complete, the home will be ready to hit the market looking its best and ultimately sell for a much high price. When it sells, the cost of services provided are paid at closing – and nothing more.
